The work

Making aviation education accessible

Prabhu began in finance. He has written that “bad decisions usually come from missing information, not missing intent”, and he sees the same in aviation. Students do not lack ambition. What they lack is clear, reliable aviation education: what to study, where to study it and what each path leads to.

He founded Dreamvator to close the distance between students and the aviation education they need, with structure, transparency and informed guidance. Dreamvator started by answering students’ questions online.

  1. 2025Dreamvator is founded. Dreamvator Private Limited is incorporated on 25 September.
  2. May 2026Aviation Expo by Dreamvator, a two-day online event for aspiring aviators.
  3. September 2026ASPIRE 2026 in Ahmedabad, a free aviation education day, with Dreamvator as organising partner.

Case study

ASPIRE 2026

ASPIRE 2026, Aviation Skill Progress & Industry Readiness in Education, was a free, one-day seminar on aviation education and careers. It was built to show students the whole of aviation, not only the cockpit, and the education route into each part of it.

What students took away

  • A wider view of aviation

One programme covered the Air Force, the regulator, airports, aircraft maintenance, aviation fuel, space and airline flying. In the feedback form, nearly three in four students who named a preferred career chose one outside the flight deck.

  • A next step to take home

The ASPIRE 2026 Flight Plan, a career handbook compiled by the Knowledge Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Knowledge Partner, was launched from the stage. It gives each student a shortlist of paths and a next step in their education.

  • Free to every student

There was no entry fee. What a student can learn about aviation should not depend on what their family can pay.

The feedback form was voluntary and only a small share of the room answered, so it is a signal, not a statistic.

In his words

“Because ‘How do I get there?’ shouldn’t depend on who you know, where you live, or how much access you have.”

With speakers on stage
  • Access to aviation education

Why what a student can learn about aviation should not depend on where they live or what they can afford.

  • Building in aviation

First-hand decisions and lessons from Dreamvator and ASPIRE.

  • Closing the education gap

How students can get clear, structured aviation education before they choose a path, and how schools and colleges can help.
