My journey into aviation didn’t just begin one day — it was planted and nurtured by my dad.

He has always been incredibly fond of travelling, so growing up we visited so many places together. But every time we flew, he would do something special — he would take me to see the cockpit or introduce me to the pilots.

And little me? I was absolutely mesmerised .

I loved the aura they carried, the confidence, the responsibility, the uniform… everything about them fascinated me. Somewhere along the way, that fascination slowly turned into a dream.

I didn’t just admire pilots anymore. I wanted to become one.

As I grew older, that feeling never faded. In fact, it became stronger. I never felt pulled toward any other career — this was the only thing I truly wanted to do.

So I chose PCM, completed my boards, and finally told my dad, “I want to become a pilot.”

And the best part? Not once did he doubt me.

Instead, he supported me even more. He took me for discovery flights so I could experience flying up close. And when I had my first discovery flight… I completely fell in love. ❤️✈️

That moment made everything real.

The dream was no longer just a dream — it had started turning into reality.

Soon after, I joined a flight school in the USA, while also preparing for my DGCA exams.

My first attempt at the exams didn’t go the way I hoped. I couldn’t clear them. But instead of letting that stop me, I told myself:

“It’s okay. This is just part of my journey not my full journey .”

Then I left for the United States and gave it everything I had.

Early morning wake-ups.

Late night flights.

Endless studying.

Checkrides.

Orals.

And slowly but surely, I started passing every oral and every checkride with flying colours. 🌟

I adapted to the lifestyle, the discipline, the responsibility — and that’s when I truly realized something:

I was born for this.

Eventually, I completed my final CPL checkride… and passed.

And honestly? The first thing I wanted to do was run back home to my parents. 😂

But the journey didn’t stop there.

Coming back meant facing the DGCA side again — the exams, the conversion process, the challenges that every pilot trained abroad understands. It definitely brought me back to the ground for a moment.

But this time, I was stronger.

I worked harder, stayed focused, and cleared all my DGCA exams together. 💪✈️

And now?

I’m preparing for everything that comes next in this journey.

Because one thing I know for sure is this:

I am unstoppable now.

No obstacle, no delay, no challenge can stop me from reaching the flight deck I’ve always wanted to be in.

This isn’t just a career for me.

✨ It’s who I am.
